    Perhaps some rumor about Capcom's increased market share on last month had something to do with this but i think it is also possible that Rockman Dash 3 cancellation got something related with this announcement.

    nevertheless in terms of business perspective Capcom didn't make a wrong move as it is less risky compared to announcing it on PS Vita which still got couple of months to be released

    For all purpose High rank armor i would recommend Narga S since you get instant Evade Distance instantly and you can get Evade+2 by using charm only which is not that hard to find for this one.
