It would only make sense for it to scale with raw because if a low rank hbg shot does the same elemental damage as a high rank hbg. then there is a serious problem. lol

@ Jask	:	(19 June 2013 - 10:03 AM) It does roughly translate to saying it's proportional to attack power, but I'm not sure if that means the element or the low amount of raw listed. If you have the HP hack you could test by firing a non-piercing element shot then going back in with a higher raw HBG and doing the same, comparing the damage.
