    You do not need a skill to put Power Crystals on Ravi weapons. For other crystals you do need the skill to load them. Like Para Sword, etc. Having a higher skill only changes the actual attribute value, not the amount you can load, which is 30.

    Balanced Ravi hammer

    Once you get whatever base Ravi weapon you're maxing to LV100, you can select 3 paths to upgrade into and you get to start over back at LV1. Raw, Element, or Balanced+Long are the 3 upgrades. Ravi BP weapons only get Raw and Element path.

    Yo picante, sorry I kept on DC'ing, everyones VPN's seem to have gone crazy lol. I ve got a new one now so will hopefully be on frontier soon. :)
