It can, you can check the rasta board for it if you wanna double check~ its under SnS weapon rank 10? I think.

Why would you want to delete your char and create a new one?
If you plan to create a new char on your already existing account you gotta pay 1000 CAP.
And it's pretty annoying deleting a char :/
Gotta re-type password like 92374934743 times :3

Because on a what, 2 year old JP profile that I have, I don't like the character name and gender (Ima man hunter and every female char I ever made had a habit of being replaced by a different one) and now it's time to play MHFO seriously. But nevermind that, I've just gone ahead and made a new COG account. Expect to see me online soon enough. ;D

Don't buy the game online you can just download it off their website for free and get all the same content. Doesn't take long to download it either.
