I don't think I'll work out too much. Will playing basketball say an hour everyday, help out? In getting skinnier at least?

When it does, I feel an ever-so-slight tingle in my body, and my temperature goes up, almost like a mild thermogenic. When I lift, I can push out more reps, and my focus is phenomenal. It almost gives me an urge to work out when i take it. I'm not sure if the results are typical, but I can say its a great supplement to get those who are beginners kick started.
The protein powder, I cant say much because my workouts are inconsistent, and I don't see gains. But it tastes lovely and has Creatine in it. I bought it because it is an extremely popular product, and it has been recommended to me on a number of occasions.

If it works for you, that's great.
I'm not sure what kind of gains you're going for, but if you want to be big, I can't stress high weight / low reps enough.

whats the best way to strengthen thighs, hamies and shoulders with any types of weights?

Sort of like what this guy is doing, but I sit down when I do them. (cause I'm doing them with a 70lb weight)
I normally don't try to strengthen hamstrings, but I do stretch them.
I feel it in my thighs and hamstrings on a sled. (its like leg presses at an angle)
I usually don't go past 405lbs on this because it hurts my back. ._.

Also, for the first time, did 295lbs on the incline with a bar. I had a spotter and managed to get 8 reps.
I thought about doing a 3rd rep with that 405lbs, but I figured I'd be sore enough doing too. Sure enough, I'm feeling it today!
