Well, I was wondering if you were asking that in regards to the strength/weight training....

Did you even read the links to the articles I posted here?

If you did, did you not believe them?

I did but I thought squats was the exception.
I don't think I'll work out too much. Will playing basketball say an hour everyday, help out? In getting skinnier at least?

Getting back to pumping iron.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND these supplements if you are an ectomorph like myself (skinny guy)

The Jack3d is GREAT. Apart from the waiting for it to kick in, no qualms whatsoever.

When it does, I feel an ever-so-slight tingle in my body, and my temperature goes up, almost like a mild thermogenic. When I lift, I can push out more reps, and my focus is phenomenal. It almost gives me an urge to work out when i take it. I'm not sure if the results are typical, but I can say its a great supplement to get those who are beginners kick started.

The protein powder, I cant say much because my workouts are inconsistent, and I don't see gains. But it tastes lovely and has Creatine in it. I bought it because it is an extremely popular product, and it has been recommended to me on a number of occasions.

Guys, if the weights thread gets de-railed and crashes onto RM, I will not be happy -__-

If it works for you, that's great.

I'm not sure what kind of gains you're going for, but if you want to be big, I can't stress high weight / low reps enough.

Thats the plan right now. Still though, I need to get my diet and sleep in order.

Shoulders, I do upright rows with a kettlebell.

Sort of like what this guy is doing, but I sit down when I do them. (cause I'm doing them with a 70lb weight)

I normally don't try to strengthen hamstrings, but I do stretch them.

I feel it in my thighs and hamstrings on a sled. (its like leg presses at an angle)

I usually don't go past 405lbs on this because it hurts my back. ._.

Got 405lbs for two SOLID reps on the bench! No liftoff, and my spotter was just a decoration! HA!

Also, for the first time, did 295lbs on the incline with a bar. I had a spotter and managed to get 8 reps.

I thought about doing a 3rd rep with that 405lbs, but I figured I'd be sore enough doing too. Sure enough, I'm feeling it today!
