1) Raviente was brought up once, as far as I'm aware. It was just a simple question asking for ideas on what it ate, being so big and all.
2) The old Monster Hunter Theory topic discussed creatures from all Monster Hunter games, I don't see why this one should be different.
Sorry to be such a dick about it, but I couldn't think of a way to put it nicely. And I do agree that the current Theory topic in the Tri section is a shadow of it former self. Too many 'informal' posts.
Halos is a great, not to mention very intelligent guy, and the old Theory topic was almost something of a masterpiece.

If it is a place to discuss any theory related to Monster Hunter, across any game and or platform, then we only need 1 topic. Not two topics in two different game specific subforums.

You don't need low gravity for that. You just need Monster Hunter muscle.

His most prominent theories include :
*MH being situated in a low-gravity world
*how the Khezu generates and expels electricity
*classification of the MH monsters, as well as giving them scientific names
*MH monsters being progressively mammalian from reptilian ancestors
*how fireballs are made
*geographical predictions based on maps from loading screen and official art books
etc. etc. etc.
As you can see, he's a great guy in our community dating back from pre-Minegarde "Skies of" forums.
Wait what?! Is the current HalosNachTariff the same guy?

Presumably yes. Unless he's somebody else who creates an account named Halos Nach Tariff. I don't think so though, because I think I've seen him post in the Theory Topics, and in the Anime/Manga section. From what I recall Halos does watch anime and it's only normal for him to join a Theory Topic necro'd from the one thread he made.
