Same thing as the Unite version. Choose a monster to put forth, or a set to fight, and argue why one will prevail.

IN NATURE. IRL. But you can use in game concpets to justify.

I'll start:

Jho vs Ala.

I think Jho will come out alive. For one, he rages easily, and when he is in RAAGE his dragonbreath is a killer. Ala is severely weak to dragon. Jho can really take damage, and I feel that Jho is physically stronger than Ala. Even with Guard+2, Jho still causes knockback. Jeez.
I'll add on if necessary.

Take a gander.

EDIT: It has been brought to my attention that some people are not competent enough so that some have complaints. Tri's Brawl, is for Tri monsters exclusively. There is a Unite version, and I don't play Frontier. Keep the Brawls game specific.

I believe Alatreon would win beacause it can fly ;D. Deviljho is quite powerful, (maybe more so than Alatreon) but that doesn't mask the fact that Alatreon can attack it from the air. It can also use many elements inlcuding Dragon and Thunder to take him out.

Cool post chaos. I feel that Alatreon would win this epic skirmish. Although Jho is insanely strong and straight up a rage head, Ala has a lot going for him. The fact that he can fly and all of his numerous element attacks/regular attacks. Although I give the edge to Ala, this would be no easy task of course. I would say out of 3 fights Ala 2 - Jho 1. :D

alatreon will obliterate jho on its flight mode, especially if it spam its avalanche rain attack (the 1 when it move away & spam ice spikes)
also, in land alatreon can weaken jho with its charge, ramming it with thunder flight charge, and blow it using tail swings
jho maybe still be able to damage alatreon on its land mode, but remember, on land mode, ala is quite resistance to dragon, dragon is its 2nd weakness on land, while ice being the strongest

ok, enough with

lets make this a HUGE battle royale!
agnaktor Vs rathalos Vs lagiacrus Vs barioth

agna will tear lagiacrus due to species rivalry & its ability to stay invulnurable when it burrows, and not to mention the cowardly rathalos who will kept flying and spam fireball in high altitude on lagiacrus
barioth, watching lagiacrus being teared, will sneakily retreat to a wall, launching its ukemi on rathalos, bringing it down and bites its neck after!
rathalos, still alive, flies [again!] and spam its claw dive on barioth, but what happen ppl!???? barioth use its prowl slash! rathalos down for good!
now that barioth & agnaktor left, what will happen next!
barioth exotically dodge agna burrow dolphin leaps!, and counter it with snowbomb!
the flinched agnaktor stands ready, barioth approach him! and wam ppl! agna counters with (what do you call for those circling attack?) and throws barioth into the wall! and barioth not giving up, start its ukemi move, and oh no!!!!! agna use its beam!!!! and bario's down
thank you for the good match :D

I would imagine Barioth would have the upper hand there, although if Tigrex can land a hit then Bari might be in trouble. All it would take for Barioth to win would be to leap onto Tigrex's back and bite out it's throat. And with barioth's bizarre physics-defying jumping ability that shouldn't prove too difficult...

- Great Baggi would beat Great Jaggi simply because it has the Sleep attack, while Great Jaggi has nothing. Even if it didn't quite put it to sleep, a drowsy Great Jaggi doesn't stand much chance.

- Ceadeus would win becuase of its huge size and powerful long range attack.

- Barioth vs Tigrex is a tough one, but I think Barioth's impressive agility may give him the edge.

Here's a tricky one; Royal Ludroth (and his pack) against a Gobul in the Flooded Forest. In nature, I suspect that these two may leave each other alone, but there's no fun in that.
Gobul has his vacuum breath, which could certainly pick off one Ludroth, but then the rest would know where he is... A large group of Ludroth and their leader all attacking Gobul probably wouldn't be too fun.

Gigginox period. Because of posion and being lame, then again if peco spams his fire attack he might do some serval damage to gigginox.

Hmm....Diablos vs Uragaan

Diablos vs Uragaan

I would say that Diablos would win. (these two heavies don't share any areas, only the Land Arena, so as to why they might be fighting is beyond me)

In my mind, it goes something like this:
-Diablos and Uragaan see each other
-Diablos charges at Uragaan and horns deflect off of the chin, causing them both to be entangled.
-Eventually Diablos breaks free and knocks Uragaan across the face with his hammer-tail, knocking Uragaan over
-Diablos gores Uragaan's soft belly

I think it would go something like that due to Diablos' being faster.

Due to intelligence and option difference, I say Blos. The horns would kill Ura rather easily with placement (say burrowing up under Ura), the hammer tail would deal massive pain to Ura's chin and Blos' speed alone would have Ura's stamina spent. But Ura does have those exploding rocks, which in Blood Sport have killed Blos a few times for me...

Makes me want to pick up brawl again. Used to be a beast in melee with the wavedash shizzle but haven't played in ages.

If only there wasn't so much lag online I'd enjoy it more. KO'ed two people in a team battle sudden death by throwing one into another lol.

Generally, the characters with more speed and a projectile are better since they can combo much quicker not giving the others a chance for a comeback. Going by this rule, Barioth would be the best character followed maybe by Great baggi. Rathalos and Alatreon would be pretty strong too and fast but only in flight mode.

Gouki's video find is bad-ass! Hax job but it's cool!

I think the title of this topic confuses people. On the positive side, the topic got bumped.

Diablos would beat Uragaan, in my opinion. It would have to take place in the Arena, because it's the only area the two have in common, but Diablos can dig into the sandy floor and strike from below. Those horns are nasty and could probably pierce Ura's weaker belly, although they'd be less effective on his more armoured sides and head. The only thing I can think of in favour of Ura is if it swings its tail into Diablos' head. That'd probably knock it out, and it could do a charged chin pound on its head again to finish it off. Diablos' head is tough as a rock (Hammers bounce off it, after all) but Ura specialises in dealing with hard things.

No-one want to take my Royal Ludroth + Pack vs Gobul idea any further?
