As a matter of fact it's actually not; Gypceros' tail have a Fire hitbox multiplier of 30%, and while that may be high relative to some other monster's multipliers (Rajang Thunder 0% LOLOLOLOL), it's not that amazing. The head takes 50% from fire.

Nope.
Akantor is easy and fun. Fastest time was about 15-20
Uka is pretty durn challenging with SnS but I have a special class for him that makes whetstones last the whole match (around 30-40min)

I actually highly recommend it. You have supreme mobility and you can block their roars which equate to free hits during the animation. You won't really burn through your whetstones as long as you upgrade your SnS to the appropriate level. I ripped through my first Akantor and Ukanlos with SnS.

thats strange though. I hear the weak spot slash sounds on the tail not the head.
