White Fatalis Z - Gemmed for RA+2 (or +3 with a two slot) - Use it with a hammer to beat the crap out of Uka or other hammer fodder monsters
Fatalis Z - Gemmed for evade+2 - again use it with hammer to smash easier monsters to smitherines
DragonX - Gemmed for sharpness+1 to lance gravs and bas

Fatalis Z: Evade+1, Art of Unsheathing. Lovely with King Attilart.
Dragon X: Never made the whole set, imo parts are better used in mixed sets. I'd probably gem it for Attack Up Medium and use it with Narga Lance.

On a more serious note, how did you get the hvnlys/BEDJs to make 6 full Fatalis sets? Are you patient, or just very, very lucky?
Don't think it'd be that hard, except for white fatal is z. I've got enough heavenlies lying around to make another fz set, however not enough hvycrimsonshells - that one's a bitch.
But don't see why you'd make any of the gunner sets apart from fatalis z

Farm a chammy close to dying, leaving its tail on. Save.
Bring a carving set (gyp, JR), take out the tail, carve, make it drop a shiny, kill it, carve, check rewards. Got BEDJ, save and rinse, else don't save and rinse...

Help
