Ok I'm still having difficulties with G Rank Rajang. I was wondering. Can Crystallized Tuna G kill him, or should I try to kill him with my Abominable Bow?

I would use a fully improved abominable bow, it usually can kill him in around 20 minutes.

What armour set are you using?

I beat him...it was way more easy than I thought. I had an armor/weapon set consisting of:
Abominable Bow II
Monoblos X cap
Monoblos X vest
Ceanatuar guards X
Guardain U pants.
And all of it was gemmed for Reckless Abandon +1 and Adrenaline +2. I had something like 16:34 minutes remaining on the clock.
The one thing I learned above all else: DODGE LEFT. He is 50-60% easier by doing that one thing. Thanks anyway +reps for the thought of it.

Some Japan only content in 2nd G, such as special tickets, meaning some weapons and armors are locked. Also, Unite doesn't have the sponsored Japanese quests, so no ultra-hard JUMP monsters, for example. It amounts to about 5 weapons and 2 armor sets, mainly obtained from those extra quests, the difference isn't huge. Also 2nd G seems to have a bigger blood splash.

Well MHP2G is the Japanese release of Unite, so it will obviously be in Japanese. You can get around this with CFW and the translation patch by teamHGG.

That is all that I will say on this.

If you have CFW, you could also get unite to have the same blood splash as P2G and download custom quests from minegarde that give the dummies items.

The items weren't really "locked" when they made Unite, just renamed and (under normal circumstances) are unable to be unlocked because we can't play the quests. I said "under normal circumstances" because you could either play with someone who has P2G (through adhoc party/xlink Kai or with a CFW code that let's you play with other regions as if they were of the same region.) and get those items through the Japanese only event quests or download some custom quests

I suggest getting unite if you have CFW because everything is translated already and CFW can make it like P2G (although, the translation patch of P2G has cooler names)

MHP3: HR 6

Blood Splash code doesn't work as well as you think it will be. it is indeed add more size to the blood a TINY bit, but nowhere as gruesome as P2ndG's blood blast. (there's the extreme blood code one. but it'll only add super burst on the afterhit)

But yes, 2ndG sponsored items can be obtained in Unite as well (although they become 'dummy' item) through custom quests. or play with someone with the quests.

If you don't mind having non-important things stays in japanese (felyne chef speeches, weapon descriptions, etc) then go for 2ndG. otherwise, just get MHFU.

You DO realize that mentioning ISO game downloads here are against the rules, right?

just a small reminder.

u can mentione it, what u cant do its post sites when u can download it, and discuss about it, atm we are discussing about language :)

edit:

Illegal activities - Discussion of CFW is fine. Discussion of where to find pirated games is NOT. For those of you that wish to play MHFrontier Korean, DOT NOT ask for KSSNs or where to get them, the same goes for Taiwan version. <- quoted from mr. popo minegarde rules

- im not discussion where to find pirated games, i know where to find it

- im not making anny advertisement about anny ISO game :)
