Sorry about the confusing time frame. There's not a whole lot I know to do about it.
As long as someone doesn't specifically say "I leave this place" I don't see any issue interacting with them.
@Rekee: Kino went to the gathering hall I believe.
@Quel: Just so we're clear, my character being rude to yours doesn't mean I hate you or anything. It's just role playing.
That applies to everyone else, if and when my characters are rude.
@Everyone: Just for the record, a hunter probably go around fully equipped unless they were departing for their quest.

Kino's falling caught the attention of everyone on the first floor, and confused them all as well, looking at each other for some kind of answer. For a few seconds no one did anything, until a red Felyne walked up to the short woman, and put his furry paw on her shoulder.
"Mreow, you alright there young lady?" He asked in a voice deep for a Felyne, giving him the presence of a man. To add, he was very barrel chested, making him large in most senses of the word, and that much stronger.

"...I'm one of the hunters assigned to the quest." The hunter replied to Quel, taking a seat at the table, despite the tension between them. "And I assume you are as well." He made his judgement off the 'yes or no' comment. As he spoke, he maintained steady eye contact, again as if he were trying to stare down the smaller hunter.
~
"Yeah, by the looks of it its great!" The caravan leader said, looking around the city for a moment. "Beats the hell out of me how anything bad goes on around here." He shrugged, returning his view to the hunters.
Then, a red signal flare shot up into the sky, deeper in the city, a general sign that there was some sort of serious danger.
Those still out in the city streets (Noeh, Rygar) would have also seen the flare, just from their different locations.
~
Moments after Semaj's landing from the window jump, a voice shouted out "HEY! YOU!"
Looking over, the hunter saw two guild knights running at him, both already drawing their rapiers.
For whatever reason, one of the two knights almost immediately shot off a red signal flare into the sky.
-
ooc: Those still in buildings won't see the flare.
This issue may or may not be resolved quickly. It depends how you (Semaj) handle it.
Things are already getting kind of interesting.
