I am supremely pissed at my parents.
They take away my laptop (which was a 5-year old hand-me-down from my mom, and I had to get straight As for six years to get it), then my PSP, which I bought with my own fucking money, and now the TV. Which I rarely watch, but on the few occasions that I do, I enjoy myself watching Mythbusters and other awesome stuff. They take away my cellphone occasionally too, and even my music player once (no music=no life). What should I do to escape the Evil Asian Parents of Doom?

There has to be a reason they did all this.
Tell us what it is, and we'll work with it from there.
Unless you're telling me they did it "FOR THE LULZ".
Which would effing suck.

WEll, the secret is, get through school as fast as you can, get through college as fast as you can, land a job that can sustain you and then... leave the nest.
But I am generalizing.
I am sure they're doing it to build character or something Oo, so long as yo udont have to drink nails and gargle broken glass OO

I'm sure they just didn't take your stuff away just for the lulz.
What did you do to piss them off?

Yeah, I feel like we're only hearing a very small percentage of the story. When I got stuff taken away, lets see... Got the Nintendo taken away for punching my brother in the face. (guess how long ago that was) Got some NES games taken away because I didn't do my homework when I said I did and they asked to see it. Got the 4 wheeler taken away for wrecking it...
At the time, I thought my parents were doucheboxes, but looking back, I deserved that. Probably deserved more.

As far as what you can do to "escape", you can either:
1) do what your parents ask, or not do what they ask you not to do. Hopefully its reasonable.
If its not reasonable, they pay the bills. If you lived with anyone else that paid the bills, they would ask you to do/not do things, and take stuff away if you do/don't do the opposite.
2) Move out/run away which just complicates things because you'll need your parents, even later in life (for instance, I'm 31, looking to buy my first house with my wife and I'm having to get a lot of financial advice. Thank God I'm not having to get money.) Its tough out there. Even if you have a decent job, you'll work your ass off and not have as cushy a life as when you were living with your parents.
I'd vote for the first one if I were you.

Hmm, now that I've calmed down a little, I now know know that the TV thing has nothing to do with me - it's because my sister didn't do her homework. But why drag me into this? D:

Because she might sneak a look at the TV if it's on and you're watching? Better to make sure she doesn't watch it by not leaving the TV on than risk her working around her punishment, I suppose.
Don't worry bor, I often get involved with punishments meant for my brother as well =w=
...Or at least I used to. Like, 4-5 years ago.
