I'm not sure if this has been introduced here, but Tifa and Gondor over at Capcom-Unity created an armor toolkit in October. It's similar to Athena's ASS (not sure if there's a MH3 version of Athena), but in addition to a desktop application, there is also an online portion where you can make an account, create sets, share them, and look at other people's sets.

If you mean the database for armor sets, you can find it at http://mhag.info/mhtri/main.htm after clicking the MHAG Database tab.

Thank you I just open it. And it's a armor generator. I'm looking for a few set that Tifa builded. I was using it as a base but forgot to save it. It's a coiple of sets she made

You can go to the viewer in the armor generator and load the default code book, "MyData". I think that's what you're looking for.
