Mhfu EU and US problems..

Can anyone convert this save from the US MHFU to the EU MHFU? I do have 2 (paid for copies of MHFU EU)one I bought for my friend as he has the US version, and they aren't compatible. I thought he could load his save/character...I hope you see the problem..the fact that he's HR9 means a pain and a half to start a fresh. and it would be much appreciated if someone could help.
