That's a problem with your VPN connection, appears to not work properly.
Tried to check your firewall yet? Maybe it's blocking either the VPN or the game.
Also try checking your IP at the times when it's not working at websites like http://whatismyip.com
Otherwise I'd suggest to uninstall the packetix and delete the corresponding network adapter in your adapter settings.
After that follow the guide from scratch again.
Did you use D41337's guide? If so, try without splitting it first.
