Trouble Logging in

Hello everyone, I recently started MHFO JP and have been playing the trial version. Just now I am having trouble logging in. I played last night so there weren't any changes besides attempting to pay the subscription today but it did not except my visa or master card. I did try searching but mostly everyone issues were vpn or cog related, both seem to be working just fine. Any help will be very much appreciated!

every week on wednesday, usually 10:00~14:00 JST
