Well I can't help with finding the song, but the second video you linked is by Oda Kazumasa. Kazumasa Oda in Western name order. The song is kotoba ni dekinai on that same video. (I can't put it in words is the literal meaning in English of the title).

Perhaps the song you like is a mix by the same artist?
