Below are a list of guides and what not to help players out. Feel free to post if you have anything you think might be good to have added.

-------------------------------
Install Guide: Video guide by Shizuka for making an account and installing the game. Might create a written guide in the future.
Payment Guide: Guide by Smasher dealing with Payment.
How-To Guide: A MHFO JP How-To guide by Smasher. Has some great info for people who are just starting.
EVPN Guide: Guide by Smasher about Easy2Game/EVPN. A necessity for a smooth and reliant connection. Often the free VPNs are unreliable, recommended.
Controller Guide: Rikon's guide on how to hook up your gaming controller to your computer to play MHFO. Will work with: Wiimotes/PSP/PS3/Xbox controllers. Otherwise, one can just buy a USB Controller adapter.
MHFO Etiquette: List of useful phrases and in-game shortcuts to help communicate with JP players.
Rank Up Guide: Guide with information about Ranking up, and what urgent quests need to be done.

Japanese Pages
-------------------------------------------
***These are VERY important to players. Most, if not all, information you cannot find in the above guides are available in the following links. They are up to date unless otherwise specified, and have a plethora of information crucial to players. It is absolutely recommended that you check these pages before asking questions. They are beyond helpful. It is a necessity that you learn how to navigate these sites if you wish to survive playing MHFO JP. It's that simple.
-----
Weekly Quest Rotation: Official Page with the weekly Frontier Quest rotation. Updates every Tuesday (Our time). 1st Tab is the week previous to the date specified, 2nd Tab is the week after the date specified, and the 3rd tab is a preview to the following week (Usually with 4 quest names, and if they are New or not).
Ferias: Ferias is a great tool for a lot of information in FO. As far as I can tell it is updated frequently, and should have up to date information. It's kinda hard to navigate at first.
Ferias Item List: This page is the entire list of items that go into your Item Boxes. It has a search bar so that if you can type even a few characters, you can search for the item you need.
External Program Armor Set Generator: This is a program you download, then enter the armor skills you wish to have in a set, and it will try to create it for you. You can set what pieces/gems not to use, what to use, and set pieces to be required in every set (so for example if you're trying to make a Gou Set, you want to have at least one piece a Gou Armor piece, so you can set that). BEWARE: Sometimes it can give you items that are impossible to get (Like old Box Sets, or Box Sets in general if you never want to buy them, or gems that aren't released yet or gems/pieces no longer obtainable).
Manual Armor Simulator: This is a page with the ability to test armor sets you want to create. You can use it as a manual set tester, or in case you want to verify a set created by the program linked above, you can put it into here.
Damage Calculator: This is a page with a damage calculator. It's kind of confusing, may be hard to operate without knowing Japanese. Possibly outdated, it's an old bookmark of mine in my FO bookmarks.
Season Meals: This page has a reference to every meal combination possible, and their varied effects throughout the three seasons. You can choose the season at the top, to get the correct name, it's at the top left near the clock in the game.
MHF Wiki: A MHFO Wiki. It's outdated in some places but I've found it easier to navigate over Ferias. Better for beginners in my opinion, but when you want current information you're best off using Ferias.
