I'am having issues with Monster Hunter Frontier.


I made an account and it works, However when I start the game and it goes to the start screen where you input your ID and select a server, the server list and text in the box at the bottom are all question marks


In light blue it says ID????????????????????????

And the three servers are all question marks.


Any Ideas on how to fix this?

Did you sign your account up for the MHF trial / hunter life course? If not then you won't be able to use your COG ID to access the game.

If you have, are your username and password definitely correct? Both are case-sensitive.

I signed up for the trial, and I can get into the game and play, in game I can see the Japanese text, but on the start up screen its all question marks.

So the game runs fine, im just curious whether or not it should be all question marks or not.

You have to set your System Locale to Japanese. It shouldn't be all Question Marks. If it is, you won't be able to type Japanese either. Go to the Regional and Language Settings to find the options for that stuff.
