Once you reach HR 51, you can access マイトレ「My Tore」 (or My Toilet, lol) from you house (the 4th option).

My Tore Girl

On your first access, you will talk to a temporary guild lady. She will ask you 3 questions, and depending on how you answer them will determine the girl that you will have wandering around in your My Tore.
長女 = Eldest Daughter, 次女 = Second Daughter, 三女 = Third Daughter
Here are the answers once you decided what chick to get: (Y = はい, N = いいえ)
YYY →2nd Daughter
YYN →3rd Daughter
YNY →Eldest Daughter
YNN →3rd Daughter
NYY →Random
NYN →Random
NNY →Random
NNN →Eldest Daughter
I think at the end, she will also ask you what name will your girl have.
Wait for one day (I think My Tore refreshes every 0 JST) and you chick will arrive ^^
Note: From here on out, any upgrade or action that happens in My Tore will take one day to occur. So yes, gotta wait for your stuff to upgrade and/or your poogie to arrive!
I will categorize the rest of this guide according to the options the My Tore girl gives it:
1st option: 説明を聞く 「Listen to Tutorial」
=>Everything is in Japanese, but you wouldn't need this guide if you can understand it! xD
2nd option: 話す 「Chat」
=>You basically talk to her till she don't wanna talk anymore, to gain some happy pts, w. Every 100 ranks, she will give you 10 My Tore P while chatting. You will also get missed My Tore P here if you missed days to claim them. This is also the method where she will ask for items, which I'll list later on. Sometimes she will ask you to taste her food, so watch out... xD
3rd option: 服をプレゼント 「Clothing Present」
=>You can buy your chick clothes. Each clothing set costs 30P each. They will wear it whenever they feel like it, or if you give her the correct presents which I'll cover later.
4th option: アイテムをプレゼント 「Item Presents」
=>You can give items to her twice a day. Depending on what item you give, she will give you an item back or do something, I'll cover this later too... xD
5th option: プーギー 「Poogie」
=>My Tore Poogie option. This will bring out 5 more Poogie options:
<状態を確認する 「Check Poogie Status」> - Stats, which I'll explain later.
<プーギー牧場の拡張 「Extend Poogie Farm」> - There are 5 options. The last option is the trampoline to send your poogie to quests. The rest are for exercises for the poogie at My Tore to build up some stats. I'll explain in detail all their effects later. To set the poogie on where to go, talk to the board downstairs your My Tore.
<プーギーの拡張 「Extend My Tore Poogie」> - First Option is to buy a Poogie for 30P each. You can only have a maximum of 3 Poogies. The rest are clothings for 20P each. The more clothing you buy, the more you unlock but these cannot equip bought P skill cuffs (only 500 DP ones and clothings from Packages can). I'll list the unlockables later.
<服を着替える 「Change Clothing」> - Strip and change Poogie clothes
<スキルカフ 「Skill Cuffs」> - Equip and Remove Poogie Skill Cuffs
6th option: ポイントをもらう 「Get Points」
=>You get to obtain My Tore P once a day from your girl. It alternates from 1P to 2P every day, starting from 0 JST.
7th option: ポイントを交換する 「My Tore Point Exchange」
=>You can exchange 30 My Tore P for 3000 ギルド貢献ポイント「Guild Rasta Points」. This option is recommended for people who have too much My Tore P or in need of Rasta Points.
8th option: ギルド特別依頼 「Guild Special Requests」
=>This shows up a list of monsters to hunt to get items. You sign up for one, hunt it, then come back talk to her again to get your rewards.
9th option: アイルー広場 「Airu Square」
=>My Tore Airu Square option. This will bring out 2 more options:
<アイルー広場拡張 「Extend Airu Square」> - First option is to have the ability to hire an Airu (those guys that meander around your My Tore). You can hire up to 5 cats. The rest of the options is to build booths for them to work at. I'll explain this in detail later on
<アイルー広場売上 「Airu Square Earnings」> - Collect the money made for the day by from your cats.

Trick is to basically match their name with an item, so you can hire them.
Airu Square booths:
雑貨屋 「General Store」 - Sells some hard to obtain supply items.
調合屋 「Mixing Booth」 - Combines exclusive items.
飲み屋 「Bar」 - Easier to hire cats, gives items to other players.
服屋 「Clothing Store」 - Sells clothes for your cats, for skills.
冒険屋 「Adventure Booth」 - The Cat Launcher! For items or so.
Even though this guide is unfinished, you should have the general sense how it works.
