Ok...gallery is one of the rooms connected to your house. You can decorate it whatever the hell you want and get evaluation points from the fat man outside the square.
Once you see the fat man, you should see 4 options.

1st = buy furniture
2nd = exchange stamps
3rd = sell furniture
4th = claim evaluation rewards

1st option gives you 4 more options:

1st = buy from parts
2nd = buy without parts
3rd = extra buy from parts
4th = extra but without parts

The first option makes furnishings out of materials. For every 3000z you spend, you get 1 stamp. If you have extra, it is for every 2000z you spend. So those 3 new options are just furniture types: 1st are celing types, 2nd are wall types, and 3rd are floor types. You can only carry up to 100 items in your furniture box at one time.
The second option makes furnitures out of no materials. These costs more and does not give stamps! I mostly use this if I have no mats to make the furnitures i want. The 4th option is to buy garden 'loads' of 6. You can only get good items from the garden if you buy 'loads'.
3rd and 4th are the same as 1st and 2nd, but diff exclusive furnitures and 10 garden 'loads' and 12 Nyaka spots instead of 6.

The 2nd option is the stamp exchange menu. Once you get stamps, you can exchange them for stuff.
1 stamp = normal evaluation
3 stamps = upper level evaluation
5 stamps = G level evaluation
...and the rest goes 20, then 40, which means you can max upgrade a part of you garden with 60 stamps. The good items only will be acquired if you have 'loads'
...on the last page you will see some stars thingies starting with 10, 20 and so forth. This thing upgrades whatever you can make or buy from the fat dude. I would recommend getting level 2, which costs 10 then 20 stamps if you ever wanna get cheap and easy gallery points.

The 4th option is to claim evaluation rewards. After you send someone to check out your gallery and steal your stuff, you get some random rewards. Most of the time, you should aim for 60k~79999 points, since you can get godly gouryokutama gems (剛力珠) with it (1 slot: +3 attack, +2 adrenaline, +2 crit)

This gem is more common among players than you think, and this is the key how the hell do most people can stack those 3 skills all at once for sets... ^^;
This is the process I used to get evaluations to get those ZOMG gems. You can get different combos, but I found this to be the cheapest and easiest.
*First of all you need level 2 furniture upgrade.
I would probably waste all my small monster bones and small husks and make tons of kutku hanging birds till you get 30 stamps. Sell if you run out of space. Now buy 10 stamps (★) then 20 stamps (★★) then 30 stamps (★★★) on last stamp page. You should see the fat man's furniture list to make upgraded. Now buy the following stuff from cheap materials (Note: When I mention ~ x page, it means the item is there or in the previous pages since I have my gallery maxed already):

After buying them, go to your gallery and walk on a corner and press L2 to toggle the "mode".
There are 3 modes: Character mode, Camera View mode, Gallery mode
Gallery mode is what we wanted, so press L2 twice. There are also 3 types of camera modes which can be changed by pressing your "Use" button (Green: Free-Chase Cam, Blue: I-Cannot-Turn Cam, Yellow: I-Cannot-Move-but-I-Can-Rotate Cam). I use the green and yellow camera modes often
Now click the box while in Gallery Mode there will be these options:
1st: Place Furnishings from Box
2nd: Discards Furnishings
3rd: Set a Preset
4th: Put on a Preset
5th: Remove a Preset
6th: Reset the Gallery and send all to the box
Pick the first option, and select your furnishings. Place all those items that I mentioned in your gallery by pressing your "Kick" or "Shoot" button, wherever the hell you wanted! I normally place them together in bunches. Click that same button to pick up and re-place stuff. Keep on clicking the box and placing all the items. Watch out if you press "Confirm" on the items, 1st op sends it back to box, and 2nd op discards it! ^^;
Once you spent some time placing those crap together, press L2 again to get out of Gallery mode. Access the box and make a pre-set of your room so you do not have to place them every single time, like I normally did before...
;So box > 3rd op, 1st or 2nd to set the preset > say yes.
Now, go back to the fat man and exchange stamps (2nd Option). Pick the 3 stamp one or the 5 stamp one to grade an evaluation to your gallery. Now return to the gallery, and say yes to the chick...YOINK! Omg! That ***** just robbed you! =p
Talk to the circular board and pick the the 3rd option, it gives you a history of how many points you got on evaluations (1st recent, 2nd-4th less recent if you have done more than one eval). Now once you are done, go back to the fat man, pick 4th option, and get your rewards.
You should always get around 64k to 74k per evaluation which is what we want. So just hope you get the 剛力珠 ZOMG gem in the evaluation reward... It is about a 50% chance per run!
To keep on farming for this, I would normally buy 2-3 sets of my combo per time, and keep on setting my pre-set back (gallery box > 4th option > select the preset that we made)
So: Buy furnishings > Set the furnishings with a pre-set > Exchange stamps for an Evaluation > Get robbed > Set the pre-set again > get your rewards > Buy furnishings again if needed and get an evaluation > you get the pattern...
