Not really.

It's sad news for those who aren't willing to give it a chance.

MH4 actually looked like it brings some big changes to the series, gameplay changes.

I'm never sure if most of Minegarde prefers the same ol' gameplay again, or something revamped and different. So many conflicting opinions of what people want to see from a new MH game...

Harold Camping says so... and he's been wrong before,
isn't it about time for him to be right?

I gather the general consensus for Minegarde is more of the same. We want more of the same combat, more colour variations, more imbalanced hitboxes, and more derivatives of other weapons.

It's not the end of the world, as you can still buy it if you're willing to jump through the regionlock hoops. However, MH 4 doesn't seem too alluring at the moment, as the gameplay shown thus far seems somewhat gimmicky. Not a fan of the 3DS control scheme either.

The world will end? It's about ^&%^* time!

What is it with Capcom sucking up to Nintendo before doing Sony? First it was MHtri for the Wii, now this.

Capcom is a business and at the time, the Wii had a larger install base. No brainer there to take it to the Wii.

For the current portable systems they likely had the 3DS dev kits before the PSV's so again...first come first serve, that and like a lot of Nintendo antics they probably signed their souls to Nintendo for a few titles of MH.

So until that contract dries up, or is amended we have Nintendo MH for a while, not that it makes me want a 3DS now either, which is sad. I might going through MH burnout.

Climbing and jumping abilities dont give me a hard-on unlike others. Faster based combat, more combos/attacks that are situation critical and DO make a difference in different circumstances, paired with a 'player learning AI' will definitely make me giggle like a school girl.

WTH? I feel sad for his passing since I admire him for his thinking outside the box ever since 1984 and rescuing Apple, but I've read it everywhere I surfed today and they weren't even for tech. Even image sites.
