Me and a friend were thinking about doing a L4D2 campaign run, with only melee and pistol weapons. However, special infected would be very hard to deal with, and a tank would be near impossible. Therefore we decided that regular guns would be okay to use on all special infected if nessisary.


So, the only question i have for you is...WHO SHALL JOIN ME!!!!?!?!!!?!?!

Actually, a Tank would be easier to kill with Melee weapons, you just have to avoid the attacks it has.

A tank dies in 20 melee hits, from any melee weapons. A good enough team could easily drop a tank in 15 seconds. The other special infected will be a challenge though.

well we just got done with a full round of no mercy...had to switch to gun for boomers, but my chainsaw killed a witch in one hit xD

oh just for added information, what difficulty are you planning this run on?

for that run, we did easy to try it out, probs go at least normal next time.
but i kinda want to make a server so i can get rid of the bots and their guns xD
