Uragaan is limping away from the beating our group gave him. We gave chase and I headed off to the area Uragaan limped to first. He came in, I got my GS out, did a GS slap to his chin then uragaan died. I lol'd pretty hard xD

Then the hr 108 hammer guy says to me; "I didn't know GS could KO"
I replied; Uh..yea it can
Then he says; How? you got critical on your set and you did some moves then your GS made yellow sparks
I replied; "Yea...the GS slap can deal KO on a monsters head..."

Okay, so I'm hunting a Rathalos online with two random people and the hunt is going perfectly fine. However, we all noticed, "It hasn't gotten pissed off yet. ...The fuck?" Of course, someone has to say it, and then it gets pissed and kills off everyone...except me! I counted my luck and painted it just before it flew off to the nest. I counted my luck even further and ran ahead of the team. I get there and SOMEHOW I'm holding my own. Then, as the other two entered the area, I give an upswing to the head (I was using a Switch-Axe) as the final death blow. Best part was, it was a Silver Crown Rathalos! We get back to the guild hall and were all thinking, "That doesn't happen normally! That was awesome!" So we did it again and then we all died. ...Fucking epic then ironicly hilarious. xD

This was just yesterday. I was gunning an urragaan offline. I got him limping when he went to area 6. I was low on healing items so I really didn't want to die. I followed him in there to see him rolling around, about to hit me. I shoot a water shot at him and he dies. The picture at the reward screen was amazing.

This isn't a kill but this IS a funny thing that happened;

While hunting Uragaan with two randoms, I was charging my hammer up and running towards Uragaan. I was planning to release the upswing as I like to abuse that alot more than super pound (lulz) but I missed the timming and ended up releasing a spin right when Uragaan rolled at me.
Soon as I did the spin+upswing attack, it managed to clip Uragaan during his roll and knock him out of it, leaving me unharmed. I stood there for like a minute just laughing xD

Ok, got another one.

While hunting alatreon;
He was pretty much near death and some random guy was pinging for us to go to a wall to try and break his horns.
So while the three randoms loitered around the wall waiting for alatreon to charge into it, i was attacking him.
Now here's how it happened, I did R+R+R combo and added a side jump swing RIGHT at the moment alatreon jumped back to fly into one of the randoms. It connected when alatreon was in the air and he fell right back down. He got back up and fell right back down dead.
All four of us was loling so hard at the kill I made xD

I've been needing Flintstone for a long time, but it's a hassle in the City to get with random people and trap the Qurupeco, so I decided to do it solo. He starts limping and I go straight for 7. When I get there I meet the G. Jaggi, so I break his head. The Qurupeco lays down, and I figure I can get the flint of I hit the wing with the outer circle of a Superpound. NO OF COURSE NOT! G. Jaggi does a hip-check to kill my Qurupeco. As I look at the dead body and glare at the now infinite-cycle-roaring G. Jaggi I notice something. It broke the flint. I owe my success in that hunt to a G. Jaggi. Maybe they aren't our enemy.

Got a nice one that happened the other night while farming Lagi Sappies.

I got teamed up with a hunter named Alatreon (we all had some fun making a few loc lac is under attack jokes) and two other hunters. The four of us were a pretty good team and we put down the lagi pair without much resistance. Ala had been using a hammer, while I stuck with a lance. Unfortunately the other two had to leave shortly after. That's when two others joined by the names of Craig and Ace. Craig was a S.A. user and Ace was another hammer user. So I decided to go at it one final time for the night, man I'm glad I did.

We all start up and clean out the supply box and down our steaks. I'm lancing so I just brought Mega Juice instead. Ala needed shockers and tickets so he's saying for everyone to break the back. We all hop in the water and get to work on lagi. I charge to his side and hold a guard facing his head for his scream. Once it ended, I moved in and started striking at his back with everyone. Well lagi starts swatting us away with his spins, either catching someone with the bite or the following tail swipe. We get back to attacking his back when he starts to prepare a discharge. Unfortunately I got clipped by Craig's S.A. and was unable to block the discharge. Thankfully it shot me above Lagi and didn't do all that much damage. I did my best Giga Drill Impression and charged straight down on Lagi's back, driving in a good 7 hits before clipping through him.

We were mostly just having fun so we didn't care if we hit each other or not, we'd just joke about it and move on. Well soon enough my lance dulled and I had to get away from the fight to get a sharpen in. Having moved away to sharpen I see Ace take a real nasty hit and gets dropped to about 10hp left. As I finish the sharpening animation I had the lifepowder already set and used it just as Lagi tail slammed Ace. His health bar jumped to 60 and then back to 10 when the shot hit. It was an absolute Epic save right at that last possible moment! As Lagi backed away to prep a charge I called a "Your welcome" to Ace before going back into a guard and he was still having a energetic rush from the save and was suddenly a lot more active in the beat down. Soon it got the point where Ala would come in with his hammer charged and pound Lagi's back in between my back stepping combo and after another three strikes Ace would super pound the back and after Another three strikes Craig finished S.A. burst before we all rushed in and killed it. It's back, horn, chest, and tail all broke/lopped off.

After that, will still had the second Lagi to deal with. I went over to the nator and threw up a shock just slightly above the nator. Well after a little taunt we start leading the second Lagi to the shock and he thankfully does a charge right for me, winding up right in it. Swimming down on setting off the nator he gets collected by two spikes easily and grazed by a third. Craig had never noticed the nator before so he was first to announce his shock of the sudden impalement/neutering of Lagi stating "When was that put in?!" We all had a good chuckle before we surrounded and more or less locked down the second Lagi with either flinches, KO's, or trips and reduced his back, chest, and horn to nothing before he finally died on us.

In the rewards I got two horns, 5 tickets, and a few shell shockers. It wasn't the sappies I was hoping for, but it was definitely a fun hunt with some real nice moments of epic sprinkled in.

I threw a Tranq Bomb at it and at the same time one of my teammates shot him with balllista.
Looked like I killed him with a Tranq.

Coulda sworn I already posted here. My favorite kill is hard to find. I had alot happen to me. Though, the best that I can think of was deffinatly I charged an Ian with a lance, flinched head, went through, cut tail, then the other guy killed it with a hit to the head again. It all happened in like 3 seconds. Was pretty funny.

Had a funny kill today, gunning gigginox, just ran out of fire shots, started to use my slicing ammo and as gigginox is flying away, the slicing explodes and he dies.

if I recall, my most epic kill was with alatreon while i was using a bowgun

I shot and killed it long ranged and left deviation....with a Clust S to the face. he feel onto the lava and the team barely managed to carve it.

the funniest part was everyone's reaction. they were all a good distance away when i fired the kill shot, and they wondered who brought it down; forgetting I was gunning altogether. a couple even thought the lava killed it.

One of the things that made this so epic to start with was that I almost never gun. I would have to say that it was a really proud moment.

I have 2: My first was offline Rathian in Moga Woods. I mistakenly hit a baby Aptonoth and the parent went to headbutt me, but Rathian got in the way....and died.

My second was against Deviljho in the Land Lords Arena Quest. My partner quit the moment he saw Deviljho, but I had saved all the knives/meats/bombs for Jho, so I did the best I could. After exhausting all my supplies and hacking away at Jho with the Reaver, I carted for the penultimate time. I assumed failure was imminent, and out of desperation placed a BBS at Jho's feet, and that did the job!

Me and drako went through a period of time were allour quests we would go stock piled with bombs. Ive killed so many ians charging me with a sbb. But I have to admit. Spending your time bombing anything and everything is alot of fun. Lol
