Quest series.
On the top left you can read Veteran series.

It is a veteran series, so you have to talk to Mizuki and select the second option, followed by the only option that pops up, to start it.
The monsters are as follows:

Gurenzeburu (any HR)
Red Khezu (any HR)
Plesioth (any HR)
Purple Gypceros (any HR)
Azure Rathalos (pretty sure it needs to be a special HR61 one)

Hunt them in that order, talking to Mizuki twice between each quest (each time selecting the 2nd option > only option). After you've finished, you'll have enough tickets to be able to make both the blademaster set and the gunner set.

Blade skills: Sharpness+10, Attack+10, Hearing Protect+10... it does upgrade to get more skills, but really it's more of a cosmetic armour. Maybe throw it on your Rasta? :\

Gunner skills: Deviation Down+10, Attack+10, Hearing Protect+10... same story as blade. They look pretty sick, lol.

Step 1: Turn in 1 デコロッド to Mizuki
Step 2: Talk to Mizuki again and fish a golden fish from the fishing quest 「黄金魚を釣ってくるニャ」
*Tip: Obtain Goldenfish baits from the Supply Box. Go to Area 4 and keep refreshing the area until you see this fish.

Step 3: Create ヴィス・ロンド (Rare 5, 猛き怪魚10個、魚竜の牙5個、風紋石5個), max it, and equip it
Step 4: Talk to Mizuki again and clear the No Item Quest 「黄金魚を釣ってくるニャ」
*Tip: To kill the 8 congas, go to the basecamp and pick up the water bullets and a farcaster. You will run out of ammo, so try to spend about 15 water rapid fire shot on each conga along with some melee. There are only 120 bullets total in the quest!

Step 5: Turn in 1 海辺の魔除け to Mizuki

Step 6: Equip Red Cat Mask and that same Golden Fish LBG again
Step 7: Talk to Mizuki again and clear the "Anger Rajang" Quest 「赤いねこと金の魚」
*Tip: Just farcast to start...spam Stun traps...or paralyze shots, until it gets angry.

Step 8: Turn in 10 エンプティブック to Mizuki
