Finally got it to work and I'm up to Act 2 with my level 20 Witch Doctor
I'm favoring a minion heavy build with this particular WD. Zombie dogs may die easy but they're such good distractions.

You're up to Infernal already?
I hate mortar, it gets me a lot or gets me near death.
The worst things so far in nightmare are random blues with combo abilities, like jailer and the flame wake thing.

Also found a group of blues with mirror image, so their was like 3 x 3 of them.

Just played as the Monk...
