Splice and Karate Kid your views?

splice, horridly disappointed by it. totally not what i wanted or expected.

karate kid i thought was pretty good, very entertaining and has a few good points to it

your views?

Not really. I've watched Shinjuku Incident so I've already seen him play a real serious, non-cheesy role before. I'm really just a big fan of Jackie Chan.

i saw karate kid the other day with some buddies. it was "alrighit". i'm sure its great for kids, other people probably won't get bored because of jackie chan but its such a standard movie that you can predict >every< little detail before. watching it feels like watching something you've seen a few times before.

splice i haven't seen yet, but i want to. i read quite alot of positive things about it so far. i'll wait until i get a proper german version.
