Shoutbox is it ok?

Hey!
I got a problem. I want to create a shoutbox for my webpage and I don't know how to do it. Nothing fancy - just basic shoutbox - really simple.
it is the shoutbox i was recommended - is it ok?

Unfortunately, I don't know much about installing or running shoutboxes. You should be able to find instructions on the site of whatever provider you choose to use. I think a non-flash shoutbox might be better though.

Myriads of ways to implement one.

If you're gonna make one yourself, simplest I can think of at the moment is pure PHP, though it would require a page reload every other post. Adding some Jquery/Javascript would negate that.
