I always wonder what parts of the world CAPCOM mimics in MH. For instance, doesn't Minegarde Town resemble Medieval Germany(or thereabouts)?
Or that Pokke could resemble Tibet?
I for one am curious of what region you all think the Tower is from.

well I picture it this way
Kokoto - Cali, cause it has that same Medditeranian (i know its spelled wrong) weather/climate year round.

That's interesting considering Yakumo looks about 80% more like a samurai village than Pokke does. Perhaps I'm just being biased about the snow...

I assume Yukumo is supposed to look like an Oriental village...
