I realise there is a very similar topic to this below, but I have quite a lot of questions, sorry :).

Firstly, when tackling crimson/white fatalis would I be better off with GL worlds end than the the corn one? Because surely with duals you are doing more drgn damage, and with the corn gl you have spread shot and a higher level.

Secondly, what duals are best used? atm i use eternal schisms against fata because of their high drgn attribute, but is there a better option? Like the final lao duals?

Lastly, any other tips for fata? Like weapons, skills, tactics etc (i generally dont bomb - prefer to shell)

I generally use dragon bow chaos first couple of rounds to break stuff(ele attk up, guts, fast charge) then either eternal schism (shp skill inc, sharpness +1, sharpsword, ra+1), corn gl (gunnery king, load up, sharpness) or eternal destroyer (esp, sharpness +1, sharpsword, ra+1).

1. World's End.

2. Final Lao Duals > Eternal Schisms.

3. I personally prefer to bow it for all 3-4 rounds, it's easier and safer. With the exception for White Fatalis, in which I used Corn GL to get it out of armor mode. Bombing helps a lot against Crimson/White Fatalis.

1. Worlds end, until he rages into armormode. Then the popcorn beats it out.

2. Element gets nerfed when armormode is on also, so Azure duals > ultimus duals > eternal schisms. But if you need weapon slots, azure got none. But good luck making ultimus, needs a lotta face breaks I believe

3. Range, especially clust spam makes fatty farming a breeze, but that requires some item farming or just a lot of money. But if not bombs always speed up this process. Shelling is like the bare bones minimum, depending on how aggressive you are or if you have sharp skill inc.

Haha I agree with and kinda took blueyx's post and added my thoughts.

Thanks guys. Also how do you know when they are in armour mode? Crimson does it whenever he's in rage? But with white fata is there a sure way of telling

Look at his eyes.

You know he's raged when he puts on red eyeshadow.

When weapons with purple sharpness bounced off the head. You could also use bow/gun melee to check for it. For Crimson is when it enter rage mode. (Red glow)

I use the Azure Ogre Sword myself. It destroys them! (And Akantor for that matter)
