I've seen some videos on what you can do with the Kinect support and the gamer inside me says that it's really cool and Bethesda have done something to be proud of. My own personal opinion, however, is that I'd rather press a button to perform a Dragon Shout. I'd also prefer to not have to shout at my TV to make the map screen highlight Whiterun or Markarth or Dawnstar. It's a cool addition but will I use it? No.
In terms of DLC, I already knew that Xbox would be getting it first. It doesn't surprise me that Microsoft has dug deep in their pockets again but they're delivering an exclusive (at least for a month or so) service to their customers and they need to do that be in business. As a PS3 player of Skyrim, I can't be asked to wait an extra month for DLC but if Bethesda actually do what they say and make the new content expansive and meaty, as opposed to a weapon or horse armour, then it'll be worth the wait.
