Ok! So this guide is only for those who wish to continue to play after completing the "trial" course.
Some of us are clueless about the Japanese language, and sometimes text is not enough...
so I went ahead and took my time to make this for you guys...

to begin with lets understand Daletto a little bit,
-daletto works with "dp"I am guessing it stands for "Daletto Points"
-1 dp is worth 1 Japanese Yen...
-to play Monster Hunter Frontier Online you have 3 different options...
30 Days = 1400 dp
60 Days = 2660 dp
90 Days = 3780 dp
-1(one) US Dollar is worth about 100 Japanese Yens
-If you wish to have the 30 day plan, you need about 13.00 US Dollars
-If you wish to have the 60 Day plan, you need about 24.00 US Dollars(you get a slight discount)
-If you wish to have the 90 day plan, you need about 34.00 US Dollars(another slight discount)
-If your currency is other than US Dollars, go ahead and figure it on your own at
http://finance.yahoo.com/currency
-There is a $2 transaction fee since it is an international transaction

now, go to the Daletto website
www.daletto.com
go ahead and sign in and follow the instructions in the pictures

Click on ダレポのチャージ at the left hand side menu,
then scroll down and click where indicated.

There will be a Pop-Up, so make sure your browser allows Daletto Pop-Ups.

Select the amount of DP you want to buy (I recommend buying 2000DP monthly/1 month of Hunter Life Course and 1 month Extra Course)
Select Payment type, in this case, it will be Credit Card (I also recommend using a Credit Card as a form of payment, very simple, fast and the safest way possible)
Scroll down and click again where indicated.
Posted Image

Click where indicated again
Fill in the info
CC number
Expiration Date (MM/YYYY)
Security Code (last 3 numbers on the back of your Credit Card)
Scroll down and click on the option on the right.
Posted Image

Confirm the payment type/DP amount being purchased
Click on the right button again
Let it process
Posted Image

Congrats, you are done! You may close the browser or continue reading to find out how to purchase stuff with your DP.

First of all, thank you very much for this guide! It's really handy. However, I'm having a problem with using my card.

Once I enter in all the details and hit the button to confirm payment, I get the following message, in red:

本カードは使用不可となっています。
別のカードで再入力するか、お持ちのカード会社へお問合せ下さい。

Google Translate gives this:
Brief The cart has been disabled in this.
゙ or re-enter another cart, please contact us with your company ゙ cart.

which isn't very helpful. Is there any way you could shed some light on the situation? I can use my card for other online charges, so it's working with other things, just not with this.

Your bank/credit card has to support international charges and have either of these activated on your card.

You need Extra course for 14 weeks, you will get neko mimi then.
As far as BPs... it depends. The best item would be garu-da chest (b00bies type)
As far as premium kits go, I would highly recommend Real kit (excellent gunner armor)and Melety(Sharpness+1 and para blade +3) or Arma(sw+2) for blades.

17.86 Eu for HLC and EXC, each kit is 21.43

and fast rank up, I recommend 1 session of prem after you hit HR31 (first time will cost you 500/4.46 Euro)

if your cc doesnt support int. transactions, contact your bank or someone to pay for you and paypal them the funds

so for the kit/boosters are they selections of already made armors/weapons or are they just additions to the shop list and you still have to get the mats and make them? and if they're premade can you gather mats and make them normally or are they kit/booster exclusives? i'm pretty sure i'm going to start playing this after i finish mhp3.

For the 2400pt sets, you get the tickets to make everything you see. For the 400/500pt ea ones you get a single code that gives you some random items and a random ticket that can make armor or weapons, it's random (And you need two of the same number to max out any armor piece or weapon). No mats required to make them, however in Frontier all armor needs to be upgraded like weapons, with mats. Since 8.0, they changed everything pay-related to require the same items to upgrade (Unless they changed it), and it's rather easy stuff to get...so it's just a matter of doing the same monster over and over.

I remember needing like 30 Rathalos Scales per armor set you wanted to max...and they are pretty low rate for no reason, so it gets more annoying than difficult.

No, however you can use a site like "SutoCorp", which gives you JP WebMoney. Then the code they give you, you can put that into Daletto to get your points.

They can take a while to give you the code though, and they sometimes want photocopied picture ID, but they don't tell you through email, you have to work through the LiveChat which can be bothersome. If it's the only alternative left though...
