Anyone know what the green tickets you get from certain premium quests are for? I searched the wiki, but couldn't come up with anything!

ネオジムメモ - Note - Green ticket
メルクリメモ - Memo - Blue ticket

I'm assuming you're talking about these two. There's nothing special about them. Some weapons/armors require them. Outside of premium quests, they're somewhat painful to get since the drop rate is around 8% but sometimes quests pop up with 100% drop. On premium it's always 100%. Rathalos & Azure quest drops the note and Volganos drops the memo.

Did the holding period change? The website now seems to say 31st January where it used to say 28th

event pages change, that was one from the last year
they did give free prem this year too, a few weeks ago
