With Divine Power Saws on Pink Rathian, it took me somewhere along the lines of 15 minutes.
However, when running Akantor Sharp Talons with RA+3/Sharp Sword/Earplugs or Crow Tessen with Sharpness+1/Sharp Sword/RA+3, I took more along the lines of 11 minutes. I'd assume that Green would take a similar amount of time to kill.
Note, though, that these timings are unlikely to be speedy kills - since, although I'm a DS nut, I'm nowhere near a great, awesome player.

yeah, i got about 17 minutes on my first attempt, ima upload it anyway because i haven't uploaded something in a while XD
part of the run was awfull
i just made crow tessen yesterday so i'll have another go at a better ian video.
considering i've never really used DS alot, those times seem about right to me.
