Help
This happened to some other site I was browsing last night as well (Name escapes me at the moment). It's probably got no actual reason behind it, just some one (or group of people) being asshole(s).

has, repairing these attacks caused some posts to dissapear? because I posted in the Minegarde photo thread yesterday and now it gone, kinda weird so I was wondering

Ditto...I could've sworn I posted, but now it's gone. Also Minegarde appears to be safe...no wandering/hacking/trolls to be seen(it's right behind me...isn't it?

I think the server was rolled back a bit. At least, that's the closest analogy I can find. Anywho, glad to see the site's running fine again *knocks on wood*

Not only posts, some other stuff too (my avatar got changed for my previous one, IMG links got changed).
Now, it doesn't necessarily have to be someone that hates the site, or a organized attack, I've seen many people who think this site is full of noobs and refrain to join, and some people that would attack it just for the fun of it.
Anyway, I'm glad it's working right now.

Apparently a mass of DDOS attacks have been going out with something involving WikiLeaks. Not really sure what exactly is going on (Too lazy really to read more into it), but look up WikiLeaks War in Google and you'll see what I mean. I'm not exactly sure why Minegarde would be involved in it...it probably has nothing to do with it in fact, but it's just interesting to say the least. The other forum that I ran into that has these issues brought this topic up. I don't see why that forum would get attacked either but eh...people are stupid at times.
Regardless, it might be a good idea to keep active updates of the forums in case for whatever reason it gets attacked again.

WikiLeaks, I've heard about it.
I did hear that there have been a massive attack to forums creating multiple accounts, slowing the traffic and with this bringing the sites down, or slowing them down, not sure if that has something to do with WikiLeaks though.

I'm happy this site is back on. I seen many other sites
get attacked randomly too, but i don't wanna go off topic
bout it. I like this site a lot cause i do a lot of hunting
on my psp, and need to look up stuff from the forum's here.
I hope this doesn't happen again, then i won't be able to
read how things are going or see what's happening in Minegarde.
