Capcom announces that they will give a preview of this game at the 16th of March. Release date is still TBA so that means this will be released soon.
It is in Tokyo (not stated where exactly), you'll have to apply between Feb 18-24 if you want to get in. As always, special gifts are given out.
If any of you are going, please snap some pics and post on Minegarde! Unfortunately I'll be in Osaka at this time, unless I have some spare change of about 19000 yen in my pocket plus a bullet train... I will have to miss out. |

Monster Hunter Portable 3: Leaking News From Hk |
| Posted By: Kayin9988 @ Feb 17 2010, 04:42 PM in News |
Gamewave, a wel-known video game magazine based in Hongkong, just release a breaking news in their most recent magazine about Capcom's upcoming hit title "Monster Hunter Portable 3"
Most of you might never heard about this Asian magazine. however, some of you might still remember last year there are rumors about monster hunter frontier going on console, as well as rumors like new monster hunter sidequest game will be released at the summer of 2010. Well, both of these rumor have proven to be true now, and Gamewave was the source of those 2 rumors back then. Since it was so reliable back then, let's see what
The exact cover can be viewed here: http://www.crossmedia.com.hk/gn/pict/11897/0/
So far from the cover, we can tell the logo is not the official one since Capcom has not yet release one. But what matters is the following: 1) Underwater battle is now in MHP3 2) Lots of new monsters added 3) Number of quests increase 4) The threshold for multi-player increase 5) Game will be released at the end of 2010
Let's hope gamewave will not disappoint us this time.

| Posted By: Adelaine @ Jan 26 2010, 10:23 PM in News |
According to Kotaku, Capcom has not confirmed MHFO-X360 is actually going to get released outside the Asian territories that it is currently available in. So, that means no MHFO for NA and EU, at least for now.
| QUOTE (kotaku) | | Capcom issued the following statement to Kotaku: "Monster Hunter Frontier is an online multiplayer action RPG currently only available in Japan and other Asian territories. Originally released in 2007 for the PC, it has now been confirmed that Monster Hunter Frontier will be released in Japan on the Xbox 360. As yet the title has not been confirmed for release in Europe or North America." |
